Order Despatch and Shipping Information

Your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours of its receipt, although you should allow up to 28 days for delivery depending on where you live.
Please add £5.99 per order, per address to cover postage and packing.

We accept cheques or Postal Orders made payable to Bits And Pieces (UK) Ltd for mail orders. Telephone and internet orders accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo or Electron. We also accept cheques or Postal Orders made payable to "Bits And Pieces (UK) Ltd" for mail orders.

Notice of Your Rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

You have the legal right to cancel your order at any point from the placement of the order until seven days after the receipt of goods ordered, for a refund of the full amount paid. If you cancel the order after goods have been shipped, you must return the goods at your expense to Bits and Pieces at Wadsworth Road, Kelleythorpe Ind Est Driffield, YO25 9DJ.
