    I was gifted this puzzle box on my birthday but when I couldn't get it open even while following the instructions because some of the pieces just wouldn't move the way they were supposed to leaving everyone very disappointed

    I would not buy this product again

    I would not buy this product again.. extremely disappointed. I purchased 4 of them for Christmas gifts. Arrived today, with the first one I moved one part and the lid fell off, after going through the steps on the second one, when the lid opened it was cracked and pieces fell apart. Did not even bother opening the boxes for the other two.
